Jack Frost's Masterpiece

This morning I noticed the beautiful artwork that Jack Frost did on my window. I thought I would try and take a picture. WOW, When I saw the results, it took my breath away. It looks like a beautiful magical forest. Enjoy!

It is offical my town has been awarded the trademark for "Icebox of the Nation" - International Falls, MN. To start it out right Monday morning it was -40 (below) F. I didnt get out to take a picture of the thermometer until it warmed up to -30F.. Wintering in the south is starting to sound pretty dang good...LOL.. Keep warm every one...

Color study in Green

This is one blocks of the Color study in Green round robin. The block belongs to Rosa. I made my first flowers in ribbons. I think I might be hooked now. For these blocks we have to use only shades of green.

My helper...Mr Bill

Here is a picture of my PITA Cat, Pain in the AAAAA......LOL..His name is Mr Bill...It fits him totally. He talks all the time....24/7. He loves it when I go down to my sewing room...He has to lay right in the spot I need to work...He is also a cuddle bug....My daughter got him when he was a little kitten, she smuggled him into the states from Canada..so yes he is an illegal alien...LOL...but we love him just the same...
